What should I do if there is a breakage?
Please email or call us within 3 days of receiving your product.
Breakages must be returned to us within 7 days. We can arrange to collect broken items from you at your cost, but we must have a specific day and address where the item is to be collected from.
Incorrect information from you may result in extra charges.
Shipping and Delivery...?
All deliveries will be on a “signed for” carrier service, however you can request for the delivery to be left in a safe place at your own risk. Alternatively, you can leave instructions for someone else to sign.
At the moment, we only deliver throughout the UK. Our standard service is 3 - 7 days from receipt of order. Orders received before 11:30 am will be dispatched the same day if possible, Monday to Friday.
Orders received over the weekend and bank holidays will be dispatched as soon as possible on the next business day.
Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Ireland - please contact us for shipping costs before ordering.
Where is my Order?
Please allow 14 days for delivery. If your order has not yet arrived, please contact us with your order number and we will be in touch.
If we have attempted to deliver your products and failed to do so due to incorrect address or other circumstances, we will wait to hear from you.
Delivery will not be refunded.
ARE THE BOTTLES AND PLASTIC AIRPACKS RECYCLABLE?
Yes - we only use recyclable materials.
The airpacks can be pierced with scissors and deflated before recycling - however the green plastic nozzle must first be removed.
